  • Requests for payment, bank account details, personal identification, or confidential information purportedly on behalf of Rootsyntax

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Rootsyntax expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from or related to:

  • Any loss, damage, or harm — financial, reputational, emotional, or otherwise — suffered by any individual or entity as a result of engaging with fraudulent communications that impersonate the Company or any of its employees.
